Meet the principles.
Rachael’s strengths lie in the evaluation and understanding of care assets and developments. Rachel was a co-founder of two National Care Home Sales Agencies and is proud of her wealth of knowledge surrounding the sector's operators and requirements.
Simon began his career 30 years ago as a Quantity Surveyor. He was increasingly asked to Project Manage alongside his cost management role. Having initially worked within Gleeds and Faithful & Gould, Simon evolved into a business leader becoming a Partner in a London based Private Practice running their Leeds office before creating Raisco.
Raisco is active in many construction sectors with a focus on residential and care. Early 2021 saw our growth strategy accelerate. Raisco now operates with an experienced, full-time staff of 10 with the intention of adding another 25 staff over the next 5 years.
Raisco is actively seeking strong opportunities to facilitate our growth. We are looking for clients that we can support from project concept to completion.
Simon Hall - Founder
Simon has more than 30 years of experience in project and cost management on a broad range of projects. Initially drawn to architecture, Simon realised that his inquisitive nature and penchant for maths would be better satisfied in the field of quantity surveying. He has worked for large UK-based consulting and chartered quantity surveying companies, but branched out to form Rasico Consulting with a desire to provide better service at higher standards with the flexibility and efficiency of a small-to-medium enterprise.
Rachael Jolley - Founder
Rachael is a firm believer in nurturing meaningful client relationships before, during and after a project. Before founding Rasico Consulting, Rachael found her niche as a specialist in the sale of health care facilities. She has a wealth of experience as a commercial property agent, with a strong understanding of her clients needs both pre and post purchase of a commercial investment. In her business development capacity, Rachael admittedly loves networking. As a result, clients often turn to her to facilitate connections with other professionals in the industry.
